Confirmed appointments. Not shared leads.

The homeowner picked the date and the time window. They own the property, they’re in your service area, and they know you’re coming. You’re the only company sent.

Takes about two minutes. No contract, no monthly platform fee.

You've bought leads before

So you already know how that goes. Here's the difference, line by line.

What you’re used to

A shared lead

What you get here

A booked appointment

Sold to three or four companies at once

Exclusive. One appointment, one company — you.

A phone number and a form fill

A date and a two-to-four hour window the homeowner chose

You chase them; most never pick up

Confirmed before it reaches you, then reconfirmed before the visit

Renters, out-of-area, wrong trade

Property owner, inside your service area, in a category you run

You find out the scope on the doorstep

Project type, scope answers and timeframe captured up front

What actually lands in your calendar

Not a name and a number. A record you can route a truck to.

  • Homeowner name, phone and email — verified, not typo'd
  • Property address inside a ZIP you nominated
  • Trade, project scope answers and stated timeframe
  • The date and time window the homeowner chose
  • Confirmation status, updated when we reconfirm

You set the terms

The reason most lead products go wrong is that the volume arrives whether it suits you or not.

Your ZIPs

Name the ZIP codes you'll actually drive to. Nothing outside them reaches you, so you're not paying for a job ninety minutes away.

Your volume

Set how many appointments a week your crews can genuinely service. Pause it in a busy month and start again when you want the work.

Your categories

Take only the trades you run. A roofing company doesn't get sent a kitchen consultation to be polite.

Your call on quality

If an appointment doesn't meet the standard we describe, report it and we credit it. That policy is the product; the alternative is a lead list.

Trades we book

Take one, take several. You only receive the categories you run.

    Typical project $8,000 – $30,000

  • Windows & Doors

    Typical project $12,000 – $75,000

  • Heating & Cooling

What we need from you

We check these before you go live, and we re-check as they renew. It's the reason homeowners trust the appointment enough to book it.

  1. 01

    A current contractor licence

Valid for the categories you want to receive, in the states you want to work.

  2. 02

    Current general liability insurance

In force, with cover appropriate to the work you're bidding.

  3. 03

    Capacity to turn up

Someone who can attend the windows homeowners book — mornings, afternoons and evenings.

Straight answers

How is this different from buying leads?

A lead is contact details, usually sold to three or four companies, and you compete to be the first to call. An appointment is a homeowner who has already picked a date and a time window, been confirmed, and been assigned to you alone. You're driving to a scheduled visit, not racing to a phone number.

What does it cost?

You pay per appointment, and the price depends on the trade and the market. There's no monthly platform fee and no contract. Tell us your trade and your ZIPs and we'll send the rate card for your area.

What if the homeowner isn't there?

Report it and we credit the appointment. We reconfirm before the visit specifically to keep that from happening, and a homeowner who repeatedly no-shows stops being booked.

Is the appointment really exclusive?

Yes. One appointment goes to one company. We don't sell the same homeowner to your competitors, which is the entire reason the model works.

How much notice do I get?

Appointments are booked at least two days ahead, so it lands in your schedule with time to plan a route rather than as a same-day scramble.

What do you need from me?

A current contractor licence for the categories you want, current general liability insurance, and the capacity to turn up in the windows homeowners book. We verify all three before you go live.

Can I stop?

Any time. There's no contract and no notice period. Pause the flow, adjust your volume, or stop altogether.

Tell us where you work

We’ll come back with the appointment volume and the rate card for your trade in your ZIP codes. If we can’t supply your area yet, we’ll say so.

Takes about two minutes. No contract, no monthly platform fee.
